A fifteen step installation guide in the order the software expects: branding, tax, decoration methods, prices, catalogue, workflow, team. The setup wizard covers the first four and can load sample data you remove in one click.
Start the setup
A quote becomes an order, the order moves across the production board, you issue a full or deposit invoice whenever you like, and dispatch issues the balance. The customer pays a hosted Stripe link and the payment lands on the invoice.
Run the shop
A board on a wall TV through a signed display link, per-role operator stations, barcode stage advance, a time clock that costs labour at each person's rate, and an iPad kiosk unlocked with a PIN that takes walk-in orders on its own.
Set up the floor
Customers accept quotes and approve artwork from signed links in the email, with no login. A branded portal handles reorders, invoices and messages. Team stores and campaign stores take group orders.
Sell online
Garment and decoration costs are snapshotted onto every line, clocked labour is added on top, and Reports shows margin after labour by day, decoration method and customer.

Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Postmark or Resend for email, Australia Post for labels, and CSV import for any supplier catalogue. Xero and QuickBooks sync is built and switches on when the platform enables it. A REST API and signed webhooks on Premium and above.
