Start the setup
A quote becomes an order, the order moves across the production board, dispatch issues the invoice, and the customer pays a hosted Stripe link. Every step writes to the same record.
Run the shop
A kanban on a wall TV, per-role operator stations, barcode stage advance, a time clock that costs labour at each person's rate, and an iPad kiosk that takes walk-in orders on its own.
