Plans and Prices

Every plan includes the whole product: quoting, production, artwork approval, the customer portal, team stores, campaigns, the kiosk, time tracking, job costing and commission. Plans differ on capacity (staff seats and open orders) and on five capabilities: Demi, SMS, the planned live supplier sync, the REST API and outbound webhooks.

An open order is one that has not reached Dispatched or Cancelled. Finished work never counts, so a shop with a 100 order cap can hold thousands of jobs in its history.

Demi, SMS and the accounting sync also depend on something outside the plan: Demi on the platform having enabled the assistant, SMS on your own Twilio account under Integrations, and accounting on the platform's Xero and QuickBooks apps. The plan table says what the plan includes; the integration pages say what has to be connected.

How a Limit Behaves

Limits are enforced at the moment of the action, with a message that names the limit, your current usage and the cheapest plan that lifts it. Nothing is deleted and nothing fails silently.

  • Inviting a team member past the seat cap is refused on save, and so is reactivating a deactivated one.
  • Creating an order past the open order cap is refused, whether from a quote, the API, a store, a campaign or the kiosk.
  • Demi stops answering when the monthly query cap is reached and resumes at the start of the next month.
  • With webhooks off, your subscribers stay saved and deliveries stop with the reason in the log. Moving back up resumes them.
  • With the API off, every request answers 422 with the reason, even with an existing token.

Which Plan

Most shops decide on seats: how many people need their own login. Every person who signs in needs their own seat under the terms. Pick Premium when you need to push orders into another system or receive webhooks, and Enterprise when ten seats or a thousand open orders is a real ceiling. The Enterprise plan is also the only one with a service level agreement; see printersfriend.com/terms.
