Brand and portal settings
Insight, then Brand and portal. Everything customers see about your identity, in one page, applied immediately.

Full field-by-field detail is in the installation guide: business details and branding. This page covers what changes after go-live.
Changing your accent colour later
Safe to do any time. It repaints the portal, storefronts and PDFs on the next page load. Check it in the live preview panel first: light colours that look fine in a swatch can be unreadable as button text on a cream background.
Renaming your shop
The shop name appears on documents already issued as a stored value on that document, so renaming does not retroactively rewrite old invoices, which is what you want for anything a customer has already paid.
New documents pick up the new name immediately. If you are rebranding, tell your customers before the first invoice with a new name lands, or you will field calls asking who you are.
Turning portal features off
| Toggle | Turn it off when |
|---|---|
| Show YTD spend | Your customers are consumers rather than businesses, and a running total feels intrusive |
| Show reorder favourites | Your work is mostly bespoke one-offs, so previous SKUs are not a useful starting point |
Both are on by default and both are usually worth keeping for trade accounts.
